We wish to provide you with a business update amid COVID-19.

What Are We Doing?

The safety and wellbeing of our employees and their families is of paramount importance to us. So, in light of recent advice, and to maintain great customer service, we have enabled homeworking for over 70% of our employees. We are happy to say the transition went well thanks to everyone involved quickly adapting to their new working environments. 

Therefore, our employees remain at your disposal for enquiries, orders, etc. via the usual channels (email or phone).

May we take this opportunity to remind you of our support hours:

Americas (EST)

Mon-Fri: 8am–10pm | Sat: 9am–8pm | Sun: 10am-7pm  

Europe (GMT)

Mon-Fri: 9am–5pm  

Business as Usual

Despite national lockdowns occurring around the world, some countries have allowed a few retailers to remain open with skeleton-staff because they are considered essential. Garages fall into this group, so automotive aftermarket companies supplying them are exempt too.

To protect a handful of employees who cannot perform their duties from home, we have further enhanced social distancing. For example, new seating plans facilitate just 1-2 persons per office. Furthermore, our warehouse operatives on both sides of the Atlantic will work independently for the foreseeable future.

This limited group of people will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of our business and ensure customers receive their orders as usual.
